This spacious 100m² holiday apartment enjoys an exclusive location at the foot of the Penteli mountains in the classy suburb of Rea in the north of Athens. It provides an ideal starting point for experiencing the bright lights of the Greek metropolis, as well as enjoying relaxing in rural surroundings.
The apartment occupies the ground floor of the three-storey residential house, which was newly built just recently in 2014 and offers three apartments to let. The owner lives on the first floor, his parents on the top floor. The apartment has a spacious living and dining room with an integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and two very modern bathrooms. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room provides two comfortable sofas, a TV, a stereo system, a CD player and a dining table with chairs. The open fireplace built into the wall exudes a cosy atmosphere and pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. An elegant breakfast bar separates the living room from the kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed (180 x 200cm), the other has two single beds (90 x 200cm), which can also be joined together as a double bed. The larger bedroom benefits from its own en-suite bathroom tiled in an elegant black and white design, with a bath and shower attachment, a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. The second, separate bathroom is identically fitted, but has a shower cubicle instead of a bath. A washing machine is available during your stay. Bed linen and towels are provided. You can use the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment free of charge.
Big glass doors in the living room open directly onto the generous sunny terrace, with sun loungers and parasols. The shared, 5 m x 7 m pool on the fenced 1000m² garden site has a metal ladder for easy access.
Although the owner on the upper floor ensures your privacy, he is also available to assist with any queries.
Your holiday apartment is about 50 metres away from a bus station with frequent connections to Kifissia (12 km away), with a good range of cafés and restaurants, bars and night clubs, as well as many designer boutiques. Kififfisia Metro-Station takes you right to Athens. It is about 20km into the centre of Athens.
