The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture. Washing machine at the landlord. Internet in the yard and in the house

Lovran. The holiday home is located on a 850 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.

air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (7 m x 4 m, depth 1,6 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.
