The holiday house has a garden with pine trees and two verandas, of which one is roofed. From here you can enjoy a unique view of the sea. A grill, a wood-burning stove and a fish gutting area are provided. There is an outdoor shower under the veranda and there are up to three free parking spaces behind the house.
The ground-level holiday house is laid with marble flooring and provides a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm), a living room with a dining table and a sofa bed (160 x 190cm), a kitchen and a bathroom tiled with marble with a WC and shower. There is another room with a bunk bed (80 x 190cm each). Up to two children’s beds or a supplementary bed can be provided on request. The kitchen, which is largely varnished lava stone, provides all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. It also has a gas stove, kettle, fridge, freezer compartment. The house has a wireless Internet connection. The rooms can be heated with a heat pump, and pleasantly air-conditioned on hot days.
