This detached and comfortable holiday accommodation is quietly situated amidst rolling hills, on a large natural meadow site, in a holiday park. There are other holiday houses dotted around it. The site has a dog fence, but is not fully fenced in.



The ground floor has a coy and comfortable living room with satellite TV, a fireplace stove and night storage heating. There is also a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and satellite TV. The storage room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board etc. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee machine, pads coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dining corner. The bathroom on the ground floor is fitted with a bath, washbasin, cupboard and mirror, WC, hairdryer, washing machine and window. Stairs in the hallway lead to the upper floor with two large bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and satellite TV, as well as a little bedroom with a French bed (140 x 200cm) but without a TV. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and WC. The house has a wood-burning stove and a night storage heater, as well as electric radiators.



This holiday accommodation has a large, fenced natural garden of around 830m². For children, a swing, sandpit, children's table tennis and various children's toys are available in the garden. The upper balcony on the south side affords a beautiful view of the forest. There is a parking space about 10 metres from the house.



A highchair and a child‘s bed are available in the house and can be used free of charge. Stair gates for the little ones are also available. Cushions and bowls are available for dogs, as well as blankets as protection for the sofa. There is a dog fence. Please note that this is a non smoking house. The house was classified by the DTV with 4 stars.



Regen has something for everyone, whether you would like to dine out, go shopping, visit a cinema etc. The region around Regen offers many activities such as skiing at the Großer Arber or Geißkopf, cross-country skiing, hiking, mountain biking etc. A holiday in the Bavarian Forest region is possible at any time of year. In spring with the blossoming trees, in the warm summer with the cool forests, in the colourful autumn, on clear days, or in winter to enjoy the white splendour.

    “Tolles Haus mit allem ausgestattet - wie daheim. Wir wurden von Frau Fahr sehr herzlich empfangen, sogar ein Willkommensgruß stand am Tisch . Der Urlaub hätte nicht entspannter sein können, die Kinder hatten im eingezäunten Garten Spaß, alles da - von der Schaukel , Sandkasten , Kindertischtennisplatte uvm, da muss man nicht ständig hinterher, und für uns Großen war das Grillhäusl und die neue Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen perfekt,
    Das Platzangebot - perfekt, wir waren sechs Personen,
    alles in allem - wir kommen wieder . 5 Sterne reichen nicht aus!!!”

    “We had a lovely holiday. The house was very nicely furnished, clean and well kept and was particularly good for children - toys and games in the garden/ house and a small children's park only 200m away. Definitely the most well appointed holiday house I've stayed in Germany. Also, the holiday village was peaceful and a perfect location for exploring the Bavarian Wald. Regen was close enough to walk to via a beautiful (steep) woodland walk.”

    “Wunderschönes geräumiges Häuschen, in natürlich schön liegenden Umgebung welches alles um sich herum zubieten hat was ein Urlauberherz benötigt.
    Große gut ausgestattete Schlafräume für eine oder mehrere Personen pro Zimmer, es wurde an alles gedacht (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, mehrere Kissen wie Decken ,Waschmaschine, Holz usw.) ebenso die Küche wie auch das Wohnzimmer sind mit allem was man im alltäglichen Leben benötigt ausgestattet.
    Noch dazu wird auf Sauberkeit & Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin großer Wert gelegt, was man sehr zu schätzen wissen sollte.
    Alles im allen einen, ist es erneuten Besuch sicherlich wert.
    Wir haben uns in dem Häuschen seher woll gefühlt es ist seher gemütlich eingerichtet und wir möchten gerne nochmal dort unsere urlaub verbringen . Wir sind seher herzlich von Fr. Fahr begrüsst worden :) unsere hund hat auch ihren spaß gehabt :) es war eifach toll :)”
