Sunny and light apartment at the Lido in Venice
This sunny and light apartment is in the Lido di Venezia district, on the first floor of a well-presented residential house.
It is equipped with all the necessary amenities and provides around 100m² of space for a total of five people. It has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two beds, and the other with a single bed. All are furnished with large cupboards, dressers, bedside tables and chairs. The elegant living room has wooden furniture including a wooden dining table with four upholstered chairs, along with a comfortable sofa. The separate kitchen is modern and is equipped with all accessories (gas stove, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, mixer, pans, crockery for 8 people, pizza plates, cups, glasses etc.). There are two bathrooms, one with a bath, WC, washbasin and bidet, the other with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Air conditioning, heating, a washing machine and TV are provided.
The living room opens onto the terrace with garden furniture and a sun shade, for relaxing and having breakfast in the fresh air.
Wi-Fi with a modem is available on request (supplementary charge).
Near the apartment there is a pedestrian zone with all kinds of shops and three supermarkets (100 and 200 metres away). There is also a children’s playground nearby (ca. 300 metres). The beaches, both public and private, are just a few minutes’ walk away. The convenient location of the apartment offers many possibilities for an interesting stay in the lagoon city, in any season. The accommodation is also ideal if you arrive during the time of the famous film festival at Lido di Venezia or would like to experience Venice in winter. Many sports activities are possible on the island: sailing, gold, riding, archery, swimming and surfing. You can get around at the Lido by car or bicycle, as well as public transport. The stops for the vaporetti, the Venetian water boats, are 50-100 metres away. From the island Tronchetto, the final point for car traffic from the mainland, you can get to the Lido by car ferry.
