Lovely Holiday Apartment in Stinteck with Common Pool
This is a very well-maintained holiday apartment with modern furnishing in a quietly situated house. The tranquil Stinteck area is surrounded by fields and is an ideal starting point for walks on the tidal flats, for lazing in a canopy beach chair, for swimming in the sea, or going on cycle tours. In the immediate vicinity you can choose between a normal beach, a nudist beach and a dog beach. Stinteck with everyday amenities is part of Büsum 2.5km away, on the west coast of Schleswig-Holstein.
The holiday apartment provides 70m² of living space and is on the first floor of a three-storey apartment building. The hallway leads to the two double bedrooms, of which one has an additional sofa bed for a fifth and sixth guest. There is also a large living room with a very comfortable suite, an LCD TV and access to the balcony, a separate kitchen-diner with a dishwasher, and a shower room with a WC. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. The second bedroom with a double bed and pull-out sofa bed is suitable for a maximum of four people. After a day trip, you can relax together in the living room on a leather suite consisting of a three-seater, a two-seater and an armchair, with the LCD TV with satellite channels and a DVD player providing entertainment. The separate kitchen with a dining space enables comprehensive self-catering with built-in appliances such as a stove with a four-zone ceramic hob and oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. The shower room with a window has a washbasin, shower and WC. You can either bring your own bed linen and towels, or book an optional laundry package for a fee.
The light living room has an external door out onto the sunny balcony, which faces south with a view towards Büsum. The highlight of the accommodation is the beautiful, heated and shared indoor pool on the ground floor. The water temperature is a constant 28°C. It is available for use free of charge in any season. The large window front offers a view of the garden and you can sit in the sun on the terrace in front of it. The house also has a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. All around the house there is a garden, partially for shared use. The apartment has a reserved parking space right by the house. There is also roofed parking space for bicycles.
The wonderful indoor pool is a special featue of the accommodation, ensuring there will not be a dull moment even in bad weather.
Cafes and restaurants await your visit about 300 metres away. There are ideal conditions for dog owners, with fields and a wild beach for walks. There are also lovely walking paths below the embankment and on the embankment ridge. A children’s playground, riding stables and a minigolf course are within walking distance (ca. 800 to 1000m). The tidal flats and beaches are a kilometre away. In Büsum 2.5km away there are shops, all kinds of restaurants, cafes etc. in a cosy pedestrian zone. All shops are open from 11.30 almost every Sunday.
