Spacious holiday apartment with three private sunny balconies and a panoramic sea view

This holiday apartment is within walking distance of the long beach in front of the little coastal town of Podgora, below Split along the Adriatic coast in the sunny south of Croatia. It is an ideal place to spend your summer vacation.

The living room, the bedroom and the kitchen open directly onto one of your three private sunny balconies with garden furniture. The living room affords an extensive panoramic view over the hilly landscape, the bay and the blue sea. If you arrive by car, despite the central location, you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house.

The holiday apartment is on the top floor of a detached, two-storey residential house. It is 75m² in size and can accommodate four persons. It comprises of the following rooms: One bedrom with a double bed, a living-/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The living area is furnished with a queen size bed, a flat screen satellite TV and an air conditioning unit. The built-in kitchen next to it has a four-zone electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and ample crockery and cutlery. There is also a dining table with four chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, wash basin, toilet and a washing machine. The apartment features three balconies: One in each room and one in the kitchen. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided, along with free wireless Internet access.

Your apartment is less than 100 metres from the sea and long sandy beach. It is about 300 metres into the centre of Podgora with an ATM, a range of shops and good gastronomy. The nearest grocery shops, cafes and restaurants are within a radius of about 50 metres.

The owners are available to the guests during their stay for any information and assistance they may
need.

Please note: Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment. They have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it: Tidy and undamaged. On the day of arrival, guests will need to provide the owners with their identification documents (passport or ID) for the purpose of registration at the Tourist Board. The documents will have to be returned to guests within 15 minutes.
