Welcome to this idyllic holiday home which you will find 30 metres from the beautiful lake of Klingsjon. This dream house was completely renovated in 1997. It is situated in undisturbed surroundings, approx. 2 km from the nearest neighbour. There are views over the lake from the dining area in the kitchen and from a couple of the other rooms. The rowing boat is waiting at the beach so that you can enjoy relaxing and successful fishing trips. This varied highland terrain is covered by woods with many berries. The house is nicely furnished.

    “Ausstattung Top, Lage auch, sehr ruhig, also wir haben 1 Woche lang keine anderen Menschen gehört oder gesehen. Perfekt zum entspannen. Gutes Ruderboot ist auch dabei. Angeln, Baden, im Wald spazieren gehen oder einfach nichts tun. Wer sich abschalten will ist hier genau richtig.”

    “Sehr schöne, ungestörte Lage (eigenes Terrain mit 900 meter eigenem Weg), sauberes schönes Haus, große, komfortable Schlafzimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche, alles vorhanden. Ausreichendes Badezimmer, gemütliches Wohnzimmer das wir aber nicht gebraucht haben wegen einem noch gemütlicheren Nebenzimmer (wir waren zu zweit).

    Ruderboot ausreichend. Sehr gute Fischbestände (28 Hechte in einer Woche), zwei Seen ohne andere Besucher, ein Traum! Sehr freundliche Vermieter, der leider nicht gut Sprachen spricht, ist aber keineswegs ein Problem. In der Gegend sehr gute Wildbestände, wir sind an 5 Abenden auf kleinen Wegen gefahren und haben 10 Elche, mehrere hunderte Rehe, Hasen und weiteres Kleinwild gesehen. Gemessen an der Austattung und der traumhaften Lage ein sehr preiswertes Haus.”
