This holiday flat, renovated in 2016, is located at the heart of Cadiz, in a great location, in between the central market and the elegant Calle Ancha. It is located on the fourth floor of an 18th century merchant's house.
The bedroom has a small balcony. The large, communally used roof terrace offers panoramic views over the city. Parking is available at a nearby public parking area. During longer stays, park and ride is recommended.
The 55 m² apartment accommodates two people. The access is via a central courtyard. The apartment was beautifully renovated and furnished with a combination of modern furniture, while retaining original elements, such as the floor tile and the wooden ceiling beams. It is a comfortable property, where you can spend a relaxing holiday. This apartment offers a living/dining room, a large bedroom with a balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room is furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a television and is adjacent to the dining area. This flat is in an ideal location to explore restaurants, museums, beached and cities. It is a ten minute walk to Caleta beach and a five minute drive to Playa Victoria. The library and a theatre are located on the same road as the apartment. It is just a one minute walk to the indoor fruit, fish and meat market. In town, everything is accessible on foot. It is about a ten minute walk to the main station and the bus station.
