Holiday apartment 1:

The typical Tuscan county house made of stone, whose origins date back to the year 1500, has been fully restored with great dedication, in order to preserve its authenticity. It is divided into two independent holiday apartments separated by two rooms used as a reception. The apartments are each accessed from a different side of the front courtyard. The house affords a wide panoramic view over San Miniato and the hills with an abundance of olive groves and vineyards.

The generous and light holiday apartment is spread over two floors and consists of a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The ground floor comprises the entrance area with stone stairs to the upper floor, the living room, the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The two other bedrooms are on the first floor. All the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and have their own bathroom. The living room with a sofa bed and fireplace invites you to enjoy cosy evenings. The large kitchen has a dining table for six people, as the centerpiece of the room. The kitchen unit will delight all amateur cooks, with a fridge and freezer compartment, dishwasher and a gas stove 90cm wide with six rings. The first bedroom upstairs is furnished with a double bed, table, cupboard and additional fold-out single bed and it affords a panoramic view from two windows. The second bedroom has a double bed, dresser, desk, trunk, TV and wardrobe space. The double beds measure 160 x 190cm and the single beds 80 x 190cm. Wireless Internet access is available in the apartments, which also have heating and partial air conditioning. The pool is situated where there was once a mill ditch as a water reserve for running the mill. The site is fully fenced. A path leads from the automatic entrance gate to the property to the front courtyard in front of the country house, which provides a shared area with a table tennis table and parking spaces for holiday gests. The property can be described as wildly romantic: in a historical mill at the confluence of two wild streams, where the owner of the organic farm also lives. Around nine hectares of forest and land for cultivating organic olive oil and wine surround the property and await to be explored by guests. Holiday apartment 1 has a veranda accessed from the room on the lower floor, which adjoins the private garden. Enjoy the outdoor area with a table, chairs and grill, with fresh air and relaxing peace and quiet. There is also a private parking space here. Apartment 1 has a terrace area for exclusive use in front of the holiday apartment, with a table, chairs and an awning for shade. A private garden with two hammocks, deckchairs and a grill will make your holiday happiness perfect. The kitchen provides access to the front courtyard of the country house.

The apartment has a very light and inviting interior and is spread over two floors. It consists of a living room-kitchen, a bedroom, two bathrooms and a further room. The entrance level comprises the living room-kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Stairs lead down to the lower floor with the second bathroom and a further room. The living room-kitchen has a terrace door with a beautiful view of the front courtyard and has two small tables inviting you to sit together. The kitchen unit includes a coffee machine, gas stove and dishwasher. The bathroom has a barrier-free shower (see photo). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, cupboard and TV and the two windows look out over greenery and the garden belonging to the apartment the owner lives in. The bathroom on the lower floor is fitted with a shower, the second room has a sofa and a terrace door opening onto the garden. Information about the barrier-free aspects of the apartment: the access to the apartment is from the front courtyard. On this floor there are the living rooms and the bathroom with the barrier-free shower. The lower floor is accessible by wheelchair from the outdoors from the other side of the building, from the garden. So the stairs in the apartment can be avoided and both floors are wheelchair accessible. Holiday apartment 2:

    “Tot op de laatste dag hebben we genoten van alles wat het huis te bieden heeft. Erg leuk was het dat er in de tuin voor de kinderen ook van alles te ontdekken was. Het is een zeer compleet huis met een prachtige tuin met zwembad. Er is heel veel te doen van zwemmen tot tafelvoetbal. Heel geschikt vakantieverblijf voor grootouders met kinderen en kleinkinderen of voor een groot gezin en een klein gezin of een samengestelde groep van familie of vrienden. Heerlijk veel badkamers en privacy. Rondom een adembenemend uitzicht en weldadige stilte en rust! Afwisseling van zon en schaduw en voor iedereen een luie stoel of meerdere om uit te kiezen...! Alles was heerlijk schoon en er waren voldoende handdoeken. De ontvangst hartelijk en men is zeer servicegericht! Heerlijke woonkeuken ook! Kortom: een feest om hier te mogen verblijven!”
