Enjoy sunbathing with ample privacy on one of the sun loungers or walk the few steps along a stone path towards the beach. You can make yourselves comfortable there by the grill area at the metal table with chairs, where it will feel you are hovering right above the sea. If you arrive by car, you can find secure parking spaces right in front of the holiday villa on the enclosed site.
It was newly built in 2009 and renovated once again in 2012 and fitted with its own solar electricity system, so environmentally conscious holiday-makers can enjoy their stay here in luxurious surroundings with a clear conscience. It has two floors, comprising an open living and dining room bathed in daylight, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and four very modern daylight bathrooms. The living room downstairs provides two comfortable sofas and matching armchairs, a wide flatscreen TV, a DVD player, a radio and a dining table with six chairs. The open fireplace built into the warmth exudes pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. You continue to the kitchen with the latest appliances: dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and coffee machine. The two bedrooms on the lower floor are each furnished with a double bed (200 x 200cm). the two bathrooms are fitted with a spacious shower cubicle, a wide washbasin with a wall mirror, a bidet and a toilet. Impressive stone stairs lead to the upper floor with the other bedrooms and bathrooms. Of these three bedrooms, one has a double bed (200 x 200cm), one has a double bed (200 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm), while the third has two double beds (140 x 200cm). One of the two upstairs bathrooms is fitted the same as those downstairs, while the second has a bath with a shower attachment instead of a shower cubicle, as well as a washing machine. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge.
In the nearby centre of Preveza about 4km away you can find everything you need for an enjoyable holiday: shops, colourful markets, a good selection of traditional Greek tavernas, cafes, restaurants and evening entertainment. The nearest grocery shop is 1.5km away. It is a little more than 8km to the airport.
Your pet is also welcome on request, if you do not want to go on holíday without it.
