This one storey finca is located on a hill above Conil de la Frontera. The property is surrounded by the beautiful Andalusian country side. It is quietly located and offers stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean. Due to its convenient location it is ideal for exploring beaches and the backcountry. It is a five minute drive from Conil with its many restaurants, bars and long beaches. The nearby beach and coves offer swimming, surfing and wind surfing spots.
The spacious garden offers seating accommodation and lounge chairs. The living/dining area grants access to the large, covered patio with a spacious outdoor dining area, a barbecue, a shower and stunning views over the garden, the community pool and all the way to the Atlantic Ocean in the distance. A Jacuzzi and a sauna (fee based) are lower in the garden. A secluded area can be found upstairs. Enjoy the sunsets or look at the stars. More than ten car parking spaces are available; up to two pets are permitted at a fee.
The 240 m² house has two entrances and offers plenty of room for up to eight people. The beautiful finca has been furnished with Moorish style furnishings. It is a mix of old and new, offering a friendly atmosphere. The entrance area grants access to the cosy living room with a sectional, a coffee table, a satellite television with a DVD player, a stereo with a CD plyer, a fireplace and a large dining table and eight chairs. The separate kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a small table and chairs. The two downstairs bedrooms are each furnished with a 1.60 m double bed. The bathroom on this floor boasts a shower tub, a toilet, a sink and a bidet. A staircase leads to an open area and the top floor with a pool table. There are a total of two bedrooms upstairs with a double bed (1.60 m and 1.80 m) each. The upstairs bathroom boasts a bathtub, a sink, a bidet, a hairdryer and a toilet.
It is five kilometres to the town centre with its cafes, bars and restaurants. It is two kilometres to a grocery store and public transport. Sporting activities abound: golfing (15 km), horseback riding, volleyball courts, bicycle rental (5 km) and of course aquatic sports.
