There is also a small terrace and balcony where you can relax during the day and in the evening. From the balcony you have a partial sea view. The combination of the sea climate and fresh air make the summer nights pleasant. In just a few minutes by car you can reach Volosko, Opatija and the first beaches and only a few minutes further is Iii, as well as Medveja with beautiful pebble beaches. The Uka Nature Park is also nearby.
