This beautiful, elegant and bright villa is set on a slope that reaches down to the stunning Lake Trasimeno. Here you can enjoy a fantastic view of the islands of the lake. A very inviting panoramic pool is set in the well-kept garden and close to the house. The pool gives the impression that it is connected to the lake which makes days by the pool even more luxurious and you won’t want to leave! A 200 m long path leads to the lake and to a gorgeous beach. Here, it lends itself naturally to visit the beautiful little towns along the shores and from the dock in S. Feliciano (distance 4 Km). There are boats leaving for many of these places and certainly worth experiencing. The property is bright and airy and has a real homely feel. There is a vegetable garden with fuits and vegetables of the season, so you can cook up some lovley measl in the well equipped kitchen which also has a kettle, toaster and moka coffee maker. There is a baby bed and highchair available upon request (for free). For the adventurous holiday maker, upon request you can experience trekking and mountain bike excursions, canoe / kayaking ( 8 km.) The location is ideal to the reach the most beautiful cities of art in Umbria and southern Tuscany.
