    “Casa bene arredata, come descritta. E' disponibile anche un tostapane e una ghiacciaia nel frigorifero. Pulizia impeccabile. Posizione panoramica, vista sul Corno Grande nel massiccio del Gran Sasso dal balcone. Esiste la possibiltà di aria condizionata, ma anche di bene areare le stanze in quanto ci sono finestre ai tre lati della casa.
    Il terreno di 600 m² comprende anche l'accesso carreggiabile e ha quindi meno il carattere di giardino.
    La posizione è tranquilla in relazione al traffico o altro rumore d'origine umana, ma la tranquillità è disturbata da cani che abbaiano ripetutamente non solo nella giornata, ma anche ogni notte. Una stazione termale dovrebbe agire contro tali perturbazioni. Ci sono i negozi necessari a 700 m dalla casa.
    La locatrice si sforza da risolvere ogni problema.”
