From the garden directly to the beach
This is a beach house, a semi-detached house with a well-tended, park-like garden for a relaxing holiday. You can benefit from a very quiet location with a view of the sea and the mountainous surroundings. Your holiday accommodation is near a tranquil fishing village on the south side of the Chalkidiki peninsula, to the south-east of Thessaloniki. The long, directly accessible beach is frequented very little and you have it almost to yourselves. The idyllic surroundings are characterised by a very dry microclimate, so that even banana trees grow here. During your stay, you can enjoy a direct view of the sea from the garden, the lower veranda and the upper balcony.
You can step out of the living room onto the private veranda with an outdoor dining space next to a grill area with a charcoal grill chimney. The well-tended garden measures 3000m² and has garden furniture, parasols, a basketball court, an outdoor shower and three garden loungers. The site is fenced and so also suitable for children. If you open the lower garden gate you are right on the beach. There is a parking space on site and a bicycle is available for use free of charge. At the end of the site there is a little garden shed with a lovely terrace near the beach, where you can have breakfast and enjoy the sunset.
The two-storey house provides 100m² of living space. The ground floor of around 50m² has a cosy living room with a fireplace, leading past the dining table and the stairs to the upper floor to the fully-equipped kitchen space. There is also a shower room with a WC and washbasin. There are three bedrooms on the upper floor. The first has a double bed (180 x 200cm), the second has two single beds (90 x 200cm), the third has a sofa bed. The upstairs bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment and curtain, a hairdryer, a WC and a washbasin. The centrepiece of the house is the living room with two sofas for sociable hours after a day trip. A fire in the fireplace exudes a cosy atmosphere and a TV provides entertainment. You can sit together at the round dining table for meals. The kitchen enables comprehensive self-catering with a stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and small electrical appliances. Wireless Internet access, bed linen and towels are provided.
It is a kilometre to the centre of the traditional fishing village Nea Skioni. Very good fish and meat tavernas await your visit here. There is also a little supermarket in the village. You can set out from Nea Skioni on a day trip to visit all three so-called fingers of the Chalkidiki peninsula.
