Duplex with balconies and a community pool and stunning ocean views

This property is located on the beach walk in the small town of Mezquitilla in the Málaga Province in Andalusia.



The third floor flat accommodates up to six people on two floors. The living/dining room is furnished with a bed for two, two sofas, a coffee table, a satellite television and a dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen is fully furnished with all necessary kitchen appliances and a washing machine. Additionally, there is a separate toilet on the lower level. The holiday flat offers two bedrooms on the top floor, both furnished with a queen size double bed and a wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with a shower tub, a toilet, a sink and a bidet. Wi-Fi is available.

    “Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt, weil die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet ist was man braucht und nicht braucht. Vor allem eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin die auch ein bisschen deutsch und sehr gut englisch spricht. Die FW hat WLAN, Klimaanlage, zwei Fernseher (wenn man`s braucht), Aufzug, Pool, sehr große Fenster, die beiden Schlafzimmer haben jeweils einen separaten Balkon . Die Wohnung (mit Meerblick) liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße (was aber nicht weiter stört da sie gut schallisoliert ist) und etwa 50m von der Strandpromenade entfernt (wer schaut beim Frühstück nicht gerne aufs Meer). Wir haben die Wohnung in einem sehr sauberen Zustand übernommen, absolut keine Mängel (meine Frau ist da sehr pingelig)! Wenn ich hier etwas zum Preis schreiben soll, dann das dieser vollkommen in Ordnung und angemessen ist.”
