The holiday villa is located in the small picturesque Istrian village Dračevac, just 7 km from Poreč. This is a lovely 2-bedroom Istrian-style semi-detached house with swimming pool. It consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with small kitchen, main bathroom, dining room, main kitchen, toilet, wine cellar, pantry and balcony, outside dining space and grill. Free wifi and air-condition. Safe, baby bed and highchair are available on request.
There are 4 beds, additional person can sleep on couch in the living room.
ATTENTION: When making inquiry please check if there is 0-1 day or 7+ days in between another reservation. If not, reservation will not be accepted.
In the garden the guests can use the big swimming pool, the outside fireplace for grill and an eaves with a dining table. It has 3 parking spaces.
House and garden are private.
The owners live in center of Poreč but they are always available to the guests.
A lot of handmade wood and stone details (engraved stone, paintings on stone, painted bricks), wide view of green nature (fields, hills).
Bike roads through the surrounding nature and nearby villages, a lot of wine and olive roads, small istrian taverns with authentic dishes, 5 minutes driving to the big Aqua park Aquacolors and beautiful beaches in Plava Laguna and Zelena Laguna.
