Apartment block "Castagnola (Utoring)". In the resort 3 km from the centre of Lugano, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, south-east facing position. In the house: reception, lift, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Public parking 15 m on the road extra. Shop 1.6 km, restaurant, café 200 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "San Michele" 30 m, railway station "Lugano SBB-CFF-FFS". Golf course (18 hole) 13 km, tennis 1.6 km, minigolf 13 km, walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Gandria 2 km, Swiss Miniatur, Melide 10 km, Museum of Chocolat, Caslano 13 km, Outlet Fox Town, Mendrisio 22 km, Lido di Lugano 1.6 km, Mercato: Ponte Tresa IT, Como IT. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como, Lago Maggiore. Hiking paths: Monte Bré, San Salvatore, Monte Tamaro, & Splash and SPA, Malcantone, Monte Lema. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. ,The flat house is located at the foot of Monte Bré. It offers a magnificent view over the bay of Lugano and Monte San Salvatore. Please note: The parking space can only be confirmed and allocated upon arrival. Public parking spaces (blue zone, paid) are available nearby. Important: The parking card for the blue zone must be obtained from the city / police (CHF 10.00 / day, CHF 30.00 / week, max. 3 weeks). Information on site. The parking of bicycles is not possible. Bus line 2 goes directly from / to Lugano station 200 m in front of the residence!

Bright, fully renovated in 2015, beautiful furnishings: open living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds (100 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV, flat screen, radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Shower/WC. Heating. Large patio partly roofed. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
