This nice and detached holiday home with private pool is located 8 km away from Caccamo, in the province of Palermo. From a close viewpoint, you can admire a view of the green hills of the Valle del Torto. The large living room is built around the fireplace and offers a magnificent view of the outside areas. There are many places of interest that you can easily reach: the medieval hamlet Caccamo (8 km), between the castle and magnificent churches, perched on a rock at the foot of Monte San Calogero. Trabia is 16 km away, with its Piazza Lanza, Cefalu (45 km), a famous tourist destination and the imposing Castello dei Ventimiglia in Castelbuono (63 km). The capital of the region, Palermo, is 43 km away: visit Teatro Massimo - one of the largest theater buildings in Europe - and the Cappella Palatina inside the Palazzo dei Normanni. The owner lives on site in a small separate apartment with his dogs. Pool and outdoor areas are for the exclusive use of the guests.

    “Es handelt sich um ein wundervolles Ferienhaus, ein wenig im Inland gelegen, mit großartigem Blick, einer wundervollen Außenterrasse und einem tollen großen Aufenthaltsraum mit ausreichend Platz und genügend Sitzplätzen für eine große Gruppe (wie wir es waren). Der Vermieter mit seiner Frau hat uns mehrfach bekocht, Pizza im Holzofen gebacken und uns Süßwaren zubereitet. Die gesamte Atmosphäre war herzlich!”
