Family-friendly holiday apartment with recreational options for an active holiday and relaxation in nature
This is a comfortable holiday apartment with a balcony, in a natural holiday park on the edge of the town, with a swimming lake, animal enclosure, outdoor and indoor playground. Enjoy your time out in the Kötzinger Land, at the heart of the Bavarian Forest. Many walks in tranquil nature, family paradises and relaxation ensure an interesting and leisurely time out.
The apartment on the first floor provides 44m² of living space, comprising living and dining room with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a bath. Outdoor stairs lead directly into the interior. Owing to the sloped ceilings, the modern apartment appears large and cosy. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200cm). A free cot can be provided. Please note that you can either bring your own bed linen, or it can be booked in addition at a supplementary charge. You can relax in the living room on a comfortable suite with two armchairs and an upholstered bench, with a round dining table for enjoying meals together. In the rear part of the living room there is a double bed (180 x 200cm). A flatscreen TV with satellite channels provides entertainment in the evening. The large windows and the balcony door allow plenty of daylight into the living room. The separate kitchen enables practical self-catering with a four-zone ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a bath with a shower curtain, a washbasin with a cupboard and mirror, and a WC. Up to two dogs are allowed.
There is a roofed balcony outside.
The holiday complex also offers a children’s playground, an indoor Wendy house, an animal enclosure, a swimming lake and a minigolf course. There is a hotel nearby with spa, wellness and beauty treatments. The hotel also has a pizzeria and a restaurant within the leisure park site.

You can also discover the occasional quietly situated lake.
