Nordseter is known for its fascinating nature and fishing waters rich in fish. Especially perch and lake trout are biting. In Mellsjøen, the best swimming lake in Nordseter, children can also swim very well. Together with Sjusjøen and Øyerfjellet, Nordseter forms the best cross-country skiing network in Norway. From November to May it is ski season here and from the vacation apartment it is only a few meters to the cross-country trail. The choice of ski trails is huge, and the trails go all the way to Sjusjøen. From there you can, among other things, go to Midtfjellkoia, the tour is about 4km long and suits everyone. Our tip: Directly from Nordseter up to Nevelfjell, 1089 m above sea level.
