Charmingly furnished and comfortable holiday house by the coast

Our holiday house is in the lovely Berumbur/Hage holiday park by the edge of a forest. It is in an absolutely quiet location and all the places of interest are within easy access. Norddeich is 13.8km from the house, Norden 10km and Hage just 2.4km. All the necessary shops are just 3-5 minutes away by car or 10 minutes by bicycle.

The house was completely renovated in 2017 and has a refurbished bathroom in earthy colours with a walk-in shower, a toilet and washbasin with ample storage space and a hairdryer. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Our newly built-in fireplace stove exudes cosiness on cold evenings. The house is equipped with a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, satellite TV, a radio and a CD player. If you fancy waffles, then you can make use of a waffle maker.

The outdoor area features a large, roofed terrace with ample seating and a garden with loungers for relaxing.

Please note that it is in a Kurpark, so you must respect the quiet hours. Parties are not allowed. You can find a fire extinguisher and a First Aid set in the built-in cupboard. Please ensure when using the fireplace stove that the extractor only works when the window is open. The garage can be used for a small vehicle, but is mostly used as a storage room for the house. Two bicycles are available for tours.

It is 13.8km to the beach and just 15-17 minutes to Norddeich. The beautiful town Norden with its shopping street and nice weekly market on Wednesdays is 10 minutes away, about 10km. The nearest shopping facilities are in Hage 2.4km away, with supermarkets and a good bakery. The Kurpark itself has a swimming pool, a minigolf course, a tennis court, a sauna and a treatment centre. It is only an 800-metre walk to the nearby lake. The Schloss Lütetsburg golf course is just 3.4km away (without handicap). It also has the Schatthaus restaurant where you can dine well. There is also the Krone restaurant just 800 metres away right by the Kurpark, with good quality and value for money.

    “Das Haus war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet! Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Wir haben die Woche Urlaub einfach genossen. In dem in allen Bereichen sauberem Haus fehlt es einem an Nichts! Die überdachte Terrasse und das eingezäunte Grundstück haben wir mit unserem Hund bei sehr schönem Wetter einfach nur geliebt. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen!”
