Villa San Martino - Heated Pool

Villa San Martino is located on a hilltop of the small village of Martinski, on the east side of the Istrian Peninsula. It overlooks the countryside, vineyards, sea and the mountains.



The villa offers a comfortable indoor space for 8 people and is surrounded by beautiful nature. The property is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family and friends in 180 m2 of indoor living space, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including one with a jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully equipped including large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, regular coffee machine and toaster. The interior is completely air-conditioned and the property is covered with Wi-Fi.



The villa has a private heated 33 m2 pool. One of the best features is the outdoor patio and grill area where you can prepare delicious meals while watching the kids play in the pool and enjoying the outdoors. The kids can also play on the trampoline and the swings. The surrounding houses are situated far enough to ensure privacy.



This is a perfect holiday villa for family gatherings, as well as getaways with your friends.



The area around Martinski is full of vineyards and beautiful countryside, ideal for long walks and bike rides. The Villa is located 10 km from Labin, an old Venetian town full of art galleries, restaurants and café bars. Labin has an open market with the best selection of local produce, cheese, wine, fresh meat and fish. The beautiful pebble beaches and crystal clear waters of Rabac are 13 km away, where you can enjoy a variety of water sports including scuba diving, jet skiing, sailing or daily excursions to nearby islands. A couple of other places worth visiting on the Istrian peninsula within 50 km is the old town Rovinj and Pula with the famous Roman Amphitheater.

    “Das wirklich sehr ruhig gelegene Haus und Grundstück machten bereits bei unserer Ankunft einen sehr sauber und gepflegten Eindruck, dieser wurde im Innenraum weiter fortgesetzt.
    Zur Begrüßung befand sich bereits eine Flasche Weißwein und Getränke im Kühlschrank.
    Es gibt für jedes der 4 Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer, wovon 2 direkt aus dem Schlafzimmer begehbar sind.
    Die Betten, die Möbel und Geräte waren allesamt in einem sehr guten Zustand.
    Der Kontakt zu den sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern verlief problemlos und wir erhielten auf unsere
    Frage innerhalb von zwei Minuten eine email das gleich jemand vorbeikommt und danach schauen würde, was dann auch sofort der Fall war.
    Das tolle Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und wir konnten einen fantastischen ruhigen Urlaub mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und vier Kinder zwischen 5 und 13 Jahren) verbringen.

    Vielen vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmals an unserer tollen Vermieter, wir werden wieder kommen. Positiv: Schöner gepflegter Garten und der große Pool sowie die wirklich ruhige Lage, fanden wir toll. Negativ: Es gab nicht schlechtes an diesem
    Haus.”

    “Erg nette en moderne woning. Enkel de keuken is wat klein en onpraktisch maar al de rest is zeer goed in orde. Elke kamer heeft airconditioning en de meeste kamers hebben ook een privé badkamer en toilet. Het uitzicht is prachtig en de kinderen vonden het zwembad geweldig. Er zijn voldoende ligstoelen aanwezig die ook erg luxueus waren. De ontvangst was hartelijk en correct. De waarborg werd achteraf ook zonder problemen teruggegeven. In de ijskast zat reeds gratis water en frisdrank bij aankomst, als ook een fles wijn, wat wij als zeer attent ervaren hebben!”
