Holiday House in Dahme with Private Parking and Wonderful View

We offer you a generously equipped terraced house of around 60m² with a south-facing terrace, in a quiet location on a cul-de-sac in the lovely Baltic Sea spa town Dahme just 500 metres from the beach. Dahme is the town with the most hours of sunshine in Germany, about 1800 hours a year, with a mild maritime climate. The 1.8km-long beach promenade affords a wonderful view over the beach and the sea. There are many shops, gastronomy, events here, as well as free Wi-Fi.

The holiday house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child. It has two bedrooms on the first floor. The first is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables, the second with two single beds, a cupboard and a bedside table. It is possible to add a guest bed for an older child or a child’s travel bed, and we can also provide a highchair free of charge. The living room has a sofa suite with a coffee table, satellite TV, a dining corner in front of the kitchen unit, which is open towards the living room and is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, an electric hob with four rings, an extractor fan, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler, mixer and crockery. The shower room of a new standard has a window.

The house has a car parking space. The south-facing terrace has garden furniture. The little garden is fenced.

At the end of the cul-de-sac the house is on there is a path you can use to get straight to the beach or the bakery. In and around Dahme you can find a seawater indoor swimming pool, a surf school, minigolf courts, go-cart rental, a game of chess with large chess pieces, boat hire by the pier, a riding school, bicycle hire and wonderful cycle paths, the Dahmeshöved lighthouse 39 metres high between Dahme and Kellenhusen, the donkey park in Nessendorf with donkey rides and cart rides, the Museumshof in Lensahn, the Banana Museum and the Hansapark in Sierksdorf, the maritime centre on Fehmarn, the Zoo Arche Noah in Grömitz etc.

    Dass wir in diesem Ferienreihenhaus leider kein W-LAN anbieten können, haben wir in unseren Inseraten ausdrücklich erwähnt. Daher ist uns die Abwertung aus diesen Gründen nicht nachvollziehbar, da sich jeder Gast sein Feriendomizil selbst aussucht.”

    “Positiv: Sehr gute Lage, kurze Entfernung zum Strand und zur Promenade. Der kleine Garten ist umzäunt und ideal für den Urlaub mit Hund. Wir waren schon öfter in Dahme und in dieser Unterkunft und kommen gerne wieder.”

    “Die Ausstattung ist etwas altbacken aber alles funktional.
    Geschirr, Töpfe etc. alles in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Ein Backofen wäre von Vorteil.
    Schön wäre es wenn die Dusche nicht den Vorhang sondern eine Tür hätte.
    Die Sauberkeit war soweit in Ordnung.
    Vielleicht könnte man noch etwas Gemütlichkeit reinbringen, Sofakissen z.B.
    Für 4 Personen für ein Wochenende okay, allerdings für einen längeren Urlaub mit 4 Personen ist das Bad einfach zu klein.
    Die Lage ist zentral. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Straße hoch und man ist am Strand oder andere Straße lang und man hat fußläufig die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht.
    Der Garten ist ausreichend.”
