Cosy holiday house with a garden near the sea

The accommodation enjoys a quiet location in nature at the west coast of Öland, just 300 metres from a jetty, near Färjestaden on the Swedish Baltic Sea island Öland, 4km to the south of the bridge towards the mainland.

You can relax in the beautiful garden with a table and chairs, a grill, a parasol and a swing.

The house can accommodate up to five people and has two bedrooms each with two single beds, a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher, as well as a dining table with a comfortable bench and chairs. The air-conditioned living room provides a sofa bed, a coffee table, two armchairs and a flatscreen TV with satellite channels. The bathroom comprises a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is an annex with a sauna and a second bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Beautiful paths lead to the jetty 300 metres away. It is about 1.5km to the harbour with various restaurants, cafes and small shops. There is a shopping centre 2km away. There are also three supermarkets within four kilometres. You can find a swimming pool and a minigolf course in the centre.

Free Wi-Fi is available, as well as bicycles, a highchair and water toys free of charge. There are parking spaces by the house and further parking spaces nearby. Guests have four bicycles and one bike for a child. The rent includes energy costs, kitchen towels and cleaning products, towels to be paid.

    “De accommodatie was op zich prima.
    Voldoende ruimte en gezellig.
    Helaas was de accommodatie verre van schoon en waren alle kastjes volgepakt met onnodige spullen. Geen plek voor bagage.

    De eigenaren waren gastvrije, vriendelijke mensen.”
