Holiday house with a garden, terrace, and its own private pool, in a quiet location not far from Pula This detached holiday house with a garden and its own private pool is in a quiet location in Marčana, which is only about a ten-minute drive from the airport and fifteen minutes by car from the center of the well-known tourist town of Pula. The private property is 250 meters from the main road.

The holiday house has a unique interior. Its 65 m² provide all the necessary modern comforts and conveniences, with a functional design for 4 people. It has two bedrooms, with a double bed in the first and a two single beds in the second. It has one bathroom with a shower, WC and washing machine. The open plan, air conditioned living room gets plenty of light through the large windows. It consists of a sitting area with a sofa landscape in front of the TV, a dining area with table, and an open kitchen, fully-equipped with all modern appliances. Wireless Internet access is available.

Right in front of the living room there is an adjoining terrace with table and chairs and outside grill. It is covered with a solid roof construction. Right in front of the house there is the irregular shaped private pool with about 30m2 surface area with a small waterfall. There's also an outside shower and water pipe with basin. There are deckchairs next to the pool.

The property consists of two sites: one that the house for holiday guests stands on and a second one that the owner of the house lives on. Both sites have separate entrances, so you can enjoy absolute privacy, whilst the owner is available to assist with any queries.

In the area on the other side of the main road, a ten-minute walk away, there is the center of the locality with small shops, a market, grocery shops, a post office and ATM machine. Internet access is available in the local bar. It is just a five-minute drive to the very good restaurants Luna or Vesna, whose owners make delicious Istrian cheese. As it is a ten-minute drive to the nearest motorway exit, it is easy to explore the Istrian peninsula from the villa. It is worth seeing the old town center of Pula or Brijuni National Park. It is about a fifteen-minute drive to the nearest beach at Duga Uvala. The beautiful beaches at Pula also invite you to swim and sunbathe. Many festivals are held in the area in the summer months of July and August.
