Beautiful detached holiday home in a panoramic position in Bracciano (1.5 km), with beautiful pool overlooking Lake Bracciano and an outdoor area where you can comfortably eat outdoors. This is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday and a good starting point to visit the ancient Viterbo (50 km), Rieti (100 km), Ladispoli and the long sandy beaches of the Lazio coast 40 km. The beautiful Rome, full of artistic treasures, is only 60 km away. Lake Bracciano is a lake of volcanic origin, the eighth in Italy by extension and the sixth by depth. On the perimeter of the lake there are three municipalities: Bracciano, Anguillara Sabazia and Trevigiano Romano, where you can walk and relax lulled by the sound of water, have fun practicing water sports such as sailing or windsurfing or crossing the lake with pedal boats and kayaks. The lake of Bracciano is forbidden to all motor boats, except to the ferry on which it is possible to tour around and discover all its beauties. The villa is arranged on three levels.

    “Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind grundsätzlich super. Die Qualität z.B. der Sonnenliegen ist eher mangelhaft. Die Türstöcke waren locker und sind teilweise auseinandergefallen (weil genagelt und geklebt). Keine große Pfanne vorhanden. Außerdem waren bei Ankunft vom Vormieter (oder Eigentümer) div. Lebensmittel und Gewürze vorhanden, die auch bereits geöffnet waren. Das mag manchen freuen, aber wir finden das unhygienisch und haben es auf die seite geräumt bzw. entsorgt.
    Aber sonst ist es ein schönes großes Haus mit Alarmanlage, bewohnten direkten netten Nachbarn (also sehr sicher) und bequemen Betten.
    Die Sauberkeit hätte bei Ankunft gern besser sein können für 200 Eur Reinigungspauschale... Aber auch das haben wir schon schlimmer erlebt.
    Ein Schlafzimmer hatte leider keine Klimaanlage. Bei einem wurde die neue Klimaanlage wohl nicht ordentlich montiert und es ist Kondenswasser die Wand hinuntergelaufen. Das soll lt. Eigentümer aber noch repariert werden.
    Alles in allem ein schönes Objekt und für ein Südland durchaus eine gehobenere Qualität, aber für deutsche Standards gibt es halt leichte Mängel. Dafür gibt aber nur 1 Punkt Abzug”

    “Sehr grosses Haus, optimal für 8 Personen. Super ausgestattet, viel Platz, schöner Pool (ca. 1,20m tief) mit Blick auf den See! Herrlich ! Zum Einkaufen muss man das Auto nehmen, auch um an den See zu fahren. Der Hausmeister Mario hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und immer mal nach dem Rechten geschaut. Er hat uns auch gute Tipps für Ausflüge etc. gegeben. Der Seeblick von der Terasse und den Schlafzimmern ist traumhaft!”
