This estate is located near the town of Marsala just one minute away from the beach in Saracena Cove and it can sleep up to 11 guests. The villa is divided into a main house and two depandances that share the wide garden. The neighbourhood is pretty lively during summertime, thanks to all the restaurants, lidos and stores within walking distance. The garden though il fully fenced and will give you complete privacy.

At the back of the house you will find a lawn adorned by palm trees that frames the elegant salt-water pool featuring a Roman-style staircase.
We are sure that you will spend most of your time home in the garden, and you have plenty of reasons to do so. Beside taking a swim in the pool you will surely enjoy the solarium at the poolside. The pool facilities include 2 outdoor showers and a bathroom with shower. Outdoor you will find the BBQ area and a nice patio in front of the pool, a great spot for outdoor dinners.

On the upper floor of the estate lives, on july and August, the owner and caretaker who will be happily answer your questions and give you hints on the surroundings.
The whole ground floor of the main house and the annexes, as well as the garden and the pool are exclusively at the service of the guests.

The pool is equipped with 2 outdoor showers and a shower room. Outside you will find the barbecue area and a nice patio in front of the pool, an ideal place for outdoor dining. The main house consists of a living area which includes the living room and the kitchen. From there you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden through a mullioned French door. The sleeping area has 1 double bedroom and a bathroom. The first annex consists of a living room with kitchenette, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a bathroom with shower. The second annex consists of a small kitchen with breakfast table, 2 bedrooms (one twin with en-suite bathroom and one double), and another bathroom.

The owner/custodian - only during the months of July and August - lives on the upper floor of the villa, a real added value of the villa, as he is very helpful and able to answer promptly to your requests regarding the villa or, simply, a source of precious suggestions regarding the best places and places to discover, as well as the most peculiar aspects of our Sicilianity. Of course, both the garden and the swimming pool are exclusively at the service of the guests and your privacy is a must at the villa: absolute and guaranteed.

Safety Deposit € 800 - All villas provide for the retention of the security deposit, before check-in, by pre-authorisation on the credit card or by bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in the booking). Greater compensation for further damage is always legally valid.
