Holiday house on Crete with a breathtaking sea view and a private pool
This holiday house with a sea view is in the middle of the countryside, just four kilometres from the sea. The house is quietly situated, with no other houses in the immediate vicinity.
The 100m² holiday house has a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and its own bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with air conditioning and two single beds that can also be joined together as a double bed, a bedroom with a sofa bed for two people and a bathroom with a bath, washing machine and hairdryer. There is also a living room with sofas, a table and chairs, a flatscreen TV (satellite TV), a DVD player and air conditioning, as well as a kitchen equipped with a table and chairs, tableware and cookware, an oven, stove, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and other useful electric appliances. A grill is available. Internet access is available (USB Internet stick). The owner can also offer a local SIM card.
The outside area comprises a large, private swimming pool and a big garden with sun loungers, a big parasol and an outdoor shower. There is also a roof terrace with a breathtaking sea view, with a table and chairs, a gazebo and a sitting corner with loungers and sofas – an ideal place to sunbathe and to enjoy delicious meals. There is private parking space in front of the entrance to the house. Since March 2017 you can also find a whirlpool and a BBQ in the outdoor area.
In the area you can find many easily accessible, great beaches with crystal clear water, such as Falasarna, Elafonissis, Balos/Granvoussa, Lutraki, Aghia Postoli and Seitan Liman. It is worth visiting the town Chania with its great Venetian harbour (about 18 km away). The nearest town with restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars is 4km from the holiday house. You can also find many shops, bars and restaurants in Platanias.
