Beautiful holiday home located in the Montefelice panoramic area of ​​Bardolino, with breathtaking views of Lake Garda from which you can enjoy the spectacular terrace as well as the large garden where there is a Jacuzzi. The holiday home is on two floors connected by an external staircase and is the ideal place for those looking for a relaxing holiday with the convenience of being within walking distance of one of the most famous places of Garda, with its shops and restaurants. At 100 meters from the villa there is a club, one of the most trendy and innovative nightlife on the Veronese Lake Riviera. A few minutes by car you can reach all the main towns of Garda, with its amusement parks. The area is ideal for water sports, hiking, mountain biking. There are numerous opportunities for golfing just a few kilometers away. The well-known art cities of Verona (25 km), Mantua (30 km) and Venice are easily reachable by train from the nearby Peschiera del Garda station. It is possible to book in advance private yoga lessons at home, massages at home, catering service at home, guided mountain bike tours, climbing and horse riding, fishing trips with the boat. The owner also offers the possibility to book boat trips both in the evening and during the day. Free entry to a private club pool 200 m away.     “The villa was very mixed, fine in the upper part but sub-standard in the lower level accommodation. Numerous problems encountered and highlighted to the local agent, some were dealt with successfully, some were not. Primary to this was the lack of hot water for 2 days in the lower unit, eventually rectified on the Monday of our holiday when an engineer was available after their weekend break.
    Many of the advertised features were missing, e.g. CD player, patio heater, microwave, and some had restricted functionality, I.e. Whirlpool bath, which we were advised when the issue was raised was not advertised as having a heater function in addition to the whirl programme. Even though it had the option on the control panel this did not work, and was inspected by 4 different people of varying levels of technical expertise without remedying the issue, so this was not useable unless you enjoy sitting in a foaming cold bath !” “The villa was very mixed, fine in the upper part but sub-standard in the lower level accommodation.
