Villa Ivona is a charming ground floor house located in Kunj, little istrian village with family houses and few villas for rent that guests mostly choose because of the peace and quiet, clean air and wonderful green surroundings and unusual position on the top of the hill from where extends wonderful view to the River Rasa on the one side and mountain Ucka of the other side.
On enclosed and with olive trees and grapevine decorated property of 3000 sqm, guests can use private pool of 32sqm, terrace with dining area, lounge area, playground for volleyball or soccer, children's playground and 3 parking spaces.
