Extensively renovated & newly converted this stone farmhouse & adjacent barns have been transformed into a fabulous holiday retreat. A stunning heated, salt water swimming pool awaits you, tucked nicely beyond an oversized south facing terrace that leads directly from the kitchen & main living areas thus making this property a perfect choice for relaxing, sunning & dining throughout the long summer days. Both ground floor double bedrooms have exterior doors leading directly to the pool, selcuded second covered terrace and lawned garden with a few mature trees. The gated Northside entrance & Eastside garden is fenced but the owners have chosen to leave the South & West sides ( behind the pool ) unfenced so not to hinder the lovely views to the connecting region, young children therefore must be accompagnied in this area at all times as the small country road runs parallel to this corner plot of land some of which is given to a farmer friend for crops. Situated perfectly for those arriving into Bergerac by air or road looking to visit the numerous Vineyards, Chateaux, Bastides, Gastronomic restaurants & Historical sites this region of France is still brimming with. Eymet - bastide village (8kms) Monbazillac Chateau & Vinyards (14kms) Issigeac - beautiful village ( 14kms) Bergerac town (22kms)

    “Mooi, ruim huis met mooie badkamers en fijne slaapkamers. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig, grote keuken met oa. oven, Nespresso koffiezetapparaat en koffiezetapparaat voor filterkoffie, wasmachine en wifi.
    Mooi terras met uitzicht, meerdere parasols en een gasbarbecue.
    Fijn zwembad. Rustige omgeving met vriendelijke buren.
    Bergerac op 20 min. rijden. Perigeux (60km) is ook een leuke plaats om te bezoeken.
    Eigenaar is een vriendelijke man, servicegericht, goed bereikbaar en spreekt goed Engels”

    “Zeer mooi vakantiehuis, prachtig gelegen, met alle comfort.
    We waren een beetje bang voor het zwembad met zout water maar dat was nauwelijks te merken en gaf geen enkel probleem, ook niet voor de kinderen.

    Zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardige eigenaar

    Enig minpuntje: geen airco. We hebben de warmte zoveel mogelijk buitengehouden maar bij uitzonderlijke temparaturen van 41° was het in de 2 bovengelegen kamers moeilijk om te slapen.”
