In a characteristic stone house in a dominant position, with spectacular views of the sea of the east coast of Sardinia and only 8 km from Olbia, is located this beautiful vacation apartment which, due to the nature of the property, is partly in the basement. The outdoor area is equipped for outdoor dining and from here you can enjoy the view of the turquoise sea that characterizes the Tyrrhenian coasts of the island, famous especially for the beauty of its long white sandy beaches. Olbia is one of the capitals of the northeast coast of Sardinia and offers all kinds of services as well as excellent sea and air connections from the Italian peninsula. The area is particularly appreciated for its proximity to the Costa Smeralda and to some of the most famous places on the island. However, there are also places outside the mass tourism where you can still find spaces of uncontaminated nature and views of incomparable beauty. The double room has no window.
