BELLAVISTA HOLIDAYS is a farmhouse located in central Italy, on the border between Lazio and Tuscany. It is immersed in an unspoiled countryside and is located on a hill about 300 meters above sea level. It enjoys a very panoramic position overlooking Monte Amiata, Monte Cetona and the Monte Rufeno nature reserve.
The apartment has its own outdoor area with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Shared swimming pool (13x8 meters) equipped with sun beds, tables and chairs, shaded area. Shared laundry room (with washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, espresso machine). Games room with table tennis and table football. WI Fi Free in the common areas of the garden outside the apartment and games room. Large garden with barbecue. Games for children.
The Amiata apartment is independent and is part of a large farmhouse. It is located on the ground floor - it can accommodate 4 people and is 130 sq m. You enter the living room with fireplace, two sofas and satellite TV with a large French window with access to the green outdoor area, from the corridor you enter the kitchen (with table and chairs for dining, oven, gas with four burners, microwave), then bathroom with shower (toilet, sink and bidet), a bedroom with double bed, access to a double bedroom with French windows giving access to the outside - this room has a private bathroom with bathtub with shower (toilet, bidet and sink). LPG gas central heating.
