Charming Holiday House in Radewege with Indoor Pool and Beautiful View

This house is very close to the beach and is quietly situated on a side street with little traffic in Radewege.

The site boasts a grill area, a playing lawn, an indoor swimming pool and a lawn with loungers. It is 300 metres to the beach, which is very flatly shelved and suitable for small children. It also has a little lawn with loungers.

The house provides around 40m² for two people, with a view of the lake Beetzsee. It consists of a living room with an integrated kitchen unit and a dining table, with many windows making the lounge pleasantly light and affording a beautiful view. One bedroom with one twin bed The bathroom comprises a shower, WC and washbasin.

There is a restaurant about 500 metres away and shops about 4km and 7km away. It is only 50km by bicycle to Potsdam and 60km to Berlin.

The site and the surroundings invite you to enjoy leisure activities, such as cycling, swimming, fishing etc. You can hire bicycles, receive free fishing permits and book a bread rolls delivery service.

    “Blick zum See von der Terrasse aus, sehr erholsam.
    Bademöglichkeit im See in unmittelbarer Nähe.
    Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Positiv: ruhige Lage, sehr gute Gastronomie in der Nähe, hauseigenes Schwimmbad. Negativ: Schlafzimmer etwas beengt, Zugang zu den Betten nur von einer Seite aus möglich. Das war für uns aber kein Problem.”

    “Wer seine Ruhe haben will, ist dort gut aufgehoben. Ein Café mit Frühstücksangebot ist gleich nebenan. Positiv: Nette Vermieter und das kleine Hallenbad Negativ: Nur öffentlich rechtliche Sender im Fernseher und bei der Dusche ging nur die Handbrause und eine normale Temperatur einzustellen ist uns nicht gelungen.”

    “Es sollte zum Wohlfühleffekt einige Dinge verbessert / erneuert werden. Unbedingt den Text anpassen, denn hier handelt es sich keineswegs um ein leerstehendes Einfamilienhaus. Positiv: Die unmittelbare Nähe zum See hat mir sehr gefallen. Weiterhin das im Haus gelegene Schwimmbad. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich Negativ: Die Wohnungen war meines Erachtens abgewohnt. Die Fliegengitter weisen mehrere Löcher auf, was Mücken ungehindert Zutritt verschafft. Die Küche ist für 4 Personen zu klein. 2 Herdplatten und ein kleines Abwaschbecken. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Weiterhin passt die Beschreibung leider nicht mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort zusammen. Im Text steht..."leerstehendes " Einfamilienhaus. Da denkt man beim Buchen an Ruhe. In Wirklichkeit befinden sich weitere Ferienwohnungen mit im Haus, sowie mehrere Bungalows im Garten.
    Die Spielgeräte im Garten sind eher gefährlich als das sie Spaß machen. Schaukel
    Lehne kaputt und die Nestschaukel weist ein großes Loch im Stoff auf. Restaurant: Freunde am See - Sehr schöne Lage am See und die Essen sind geschmacklich top. Ausflüge: Tierpark Marzahne - Für Kinder gibt es hier viel zu staunen. Kostenpflichtige Futterbecher runden das Erlebnis ab.”
