Charming Apartment in Wildemann with Garden, Barbecue and Terrace and Mountain View

Make your holiday unforgettable and „reside” in the old City Hall of Wildemann, das AltesRathaus, like once the mayor of the old mining town.
The house, built in the typical building style of the German Harz is situated slightly above the Bohlweg, in the center of the village. Therefore one can easily get to shops and restaurants without having to come down (and later up to!) the mountain.
Slightly elevated, and at the slope of the Gallenberg, the house is not direct at the main road, but at a small square, from where a footpath gives access to the church and the entrance to many nature foothpaths.

The house consists at the moment of 2 brand new, big bright homes, the third to be finished Jan 2022, just like the garden and terrace behind the house. They are modern and newly furnished, all bedrooms and living room are equipped with a big flat-screen TV and many extras. The design kitchens are top quality and fully equipped with all the advantages. Broadband WIFI available in the entire house.

    “Liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Außergewöhnlich, dass es kleine Snacks und einen leckeren Rotwein gab. Selbst Grillkohle würde zur Verfügung gestellt!! Die Besitzer, die gleich nebenan wohnen, sind supernett. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert!!”

    “Wir (zwei Familien mit insgesamt vier Kindern) haben eine wunderschöne Winterferien-Woche in den beiden Wohnungen des Alten Rathauses in Wildemann verbracht. Die Wohnungen sind sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dennoch bleibt der Charme des alten Gebäudes erhalten. Selten zuvor habe ich zudem besser ausgestattete Ferienwohnungen gemietet. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend und halfen uns immer gerne weiter. Positiv: Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war absolut vorbildlich. Dazu kam die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter und die tolle Lage in dem hübschen Harz-Städtchen Wildemann. Negativ: -”
