    “Sehr geehrter Gast
    Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wie bereits per E-Mail geklärt, möchte ich auch auf diesem Weg Stellung zu Ihrer Bewertung nehmen. Gerade in Zeiten der Corona Pandemie hat die Sauberkeit der Wohnung für mich als Vermieter höchste Priorität. Ich werde die einzelnen Punkte mit der Endreinigungsfirma besprechen.
    Die Reparatur der losen Fliesen vor dem Badezimmer ist bereits terminiert, kann aber erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt durchgeführt werden.
    Der Mülleimer wird nach Ablauf der Mietsaison ausgetauscht.
    Für die Mülltrennung nehme ich gerne Ihre Anregung auf.
