Beautiful house in pleasant village crossed by the canal

Beautiful house in the charming village of Sallèles d'Aude at 50 m from the Canal de la Robine which is an extension of the Canal du Midi and all the local shops including bars and restaurants along the canal. It is a very good compromise for those who wish to combine the seaside attractions and the cultural discoveries. Within a radius of 50 kms, the possible excursions allow to vary the centers of interest : the roman city of Narbonne, the Cathars castles of the corbières, the medieval village of Minerve and the city of Carcassonne (classified in the world Heritage of the UNESCO). As well as natural sites such as the Canal du Midi, the Jouarres lake, the Bages lakes (very frequented by migratory birds), and also the La Clape regional park (renowned for its picturesque hiking trails). For lovers of idleness, the lively beaches of Gruissan and Valras beach resorts as well as the more family resort of Narbonne beach ; Spread over the coastline less than 30 km away.
The 190 m² house is comfortably furnished for 8 people with its 100 m² outdoor space. Air conditioning upstairs at bedroom level with 2 splits located in the corridor. Outside, out of sight and out of the wind, a private swimming pool with deckchairs; this 5.3 mx 3.50 m pool is protected by an alarm. Covered terrace for meals and equipped with a barbecue.
The house has a large room of over 60 m² with a lounge / dining area, a large and very well-equipped kitchen and an separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with dressing room, 1 twin bedroom, 2 shower rooms and 1 separate toilet.
Possibility to use the garage otherwise parking at 50 m. Sorry pets are not allowed.

Salleles is crossed by the Canal de la Robine which is the junction channel between the Canal du Midi and the sea. Narbonne the roman at 12 km, the Citadel of Carcassonne (UNESCO World Heritage) at 52 km. In the vicinity of the famous Cathar Castles, roman Abbayes (Fontfroide and Lagrasse) and the Canal du Midi (an other UNESCO World Heritage), the charming village of Bages at only 20 km. The harbour of Somail at 3 km, enjoyed by many local people, with restaurants, canal leisures, boats and bikes rentings. Aquatic leisure center and amusement park in Gruissan. nautic base at lake de Jouarre with sailing, windsurfing, canoeing. Hiking paths along the Canal du Midi.

    “Sehr gut für Familie mit Kindern oder 3 Paare geeignet, die einen gemütlichen Hausurlaub machen möchten. Positiv: Pool und Klimaanlage. Gute Betten. Viel Platz. Der Kühlschrank mit fließend gekühltem Trinkwasser und immer mit frischen Eiswürfeln. Sehr nette Dame für die Übergabe. Negativ: Mehr Englischkenntnisse bei der Übergabe würde es einfacher machen. Etwas hochwertigere Töpfe und Pfannen wären schön. Restaurant: Cook and Roll - Hochwertige Küche in schöner Atmosphäre in einem Garten und ganz liebe Betreiber Familie. Ausflüge: Narbonne - Kulinarisch, schöne historische Stadt, Einkaufen: Super.
    Unbedingt auch Markthalle besuchen.”
