The apartment enjoys a central location in City West by the KuDamm in the postcode area 10777, just a 7-minute walk from the Zoologischer Garten, KaDeWe and to the trendy district around Winterfeldplatz with the surrounding streets Fugger Str., Martin-Luther-Str., Winterfeldstr., Keithstr. and Motzstr. Viktoria Christian Luise Platz (U4) is within sight a 3-minute walk away. It is also a three-minute walk to another U-Bahn connection (U3/U9 Spichernstr.).It is a grandiose, light apartment on the second floor of an old building without a lift that has just been completely renovated and furnished to a high standard.
