This exclusive holiday villa with tasteful furnishing is in the picturesque village of Marcana in the Istrian region of Croatia. You can spend a relaxing holiday here far away from tourist noise and with ample privacy. The house is on the outskirts of the village with around 1000 inhabitants, in quiet surroundings suitable for 5+2 persons.
The ground-level holiday villa was newly built just recently in 2016 and provides all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The living space of 100m² has a living and dining room flooded with daylight with an integrated, open kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, two luxuriously fitted daylight bathrooms and a separate laundry room. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room has a generous corner sofa suite, a digital flatscreen TV mounted to the wall with a satellite receiver and a USB port, and a dining table with six chairs. The white and glossy built-in kitchen next to it provides all the latest appliances, including a dishwasher, a two-zone gas and two-zone induction hob with a cooker hood, a fridge with a freezer compartment, an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The three bedrooms provide two double beds (160 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm). In the first living room there is also a SAT TV mounted on the wall. The sofa in the living room can also be converted into an additional double bed for two further people (130 x 200 cm). Of the two bathrooms, one has a bath with a shower attachment and one has a walk-in shower. Both also have a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. There is a convenient separate laundry room with a washing machine and ironing equipment. A cot and a highchair are available. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa can be used free of charge.
Big glass doors in the living room open directly onto your private pool (4 x 7,2m) surrounded by sun loungers. The grill area with a solid built grill on the extensive sun terrace invites you to enjoy leisurely meals under a blue sky. A car is recommended during your stay and you can use the secure shaded parking spaces right in front of the villa on the fenced site, accessible via an automated remote controlled gate. Pets are not allowed.
The holiday villa is about 8 km (15 minutes by car) from the nearest beach (Duga Uvala). It is about 500 metres to the centre of Marcana with a range of shops, colourful markets (a recommended regional speciality are the Istrian cheeses made with sheep's and cow's milk) and a good choice of gastronomy. It is also 20 minutes by car (about 16 km) to the historical harbour town of Pula with its famous amphitheatre, which should definitely be on your trip list.
