Holiday home with shared swimming pool in Baia Sardinia, on the Costa Smeralda, one of the most fascinating places in Sardinia. At your disposal a lawn garden and sea view (beach at 300 m). The swimming pool is located 70 m from the accommodation and can be reached on foot, it is shared with the other owners of the residence.The house is on two levels and has a few steps to get to the main entrance. Two beautiful covered verandas allow you to enjoy outdoor life, on the upper floor there is a terrace. The house has a spacious living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom with two beds and an ensuite bathroom (without shower), a double bedroom with a cot and an adjacent bathroom with shower. Baia Sardinia offers the possibility to walk to the center (1700 m) located in front of a white beach, with emerald sea where there are clubs, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlours and shops, boat rental (400 m), always open, even in low season. Around Baia Sardinia, disco bars and many places where you can enjoy an aperitif at sunset. Ideal destination for vacationers of all ages and families with children. Shallow sea water.
