Penthouse Apartment in a building located in the center of Palma with three terraces; Perfectly located in a lively area in the urban area but with the tranquility of being a street with hardly any traffic, it has spectacular views of the entire city from its highest terrace.
It is a duplex, on the main floor you will find a perfectly equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a dining room with a table and 6 chairs plus a sofa bed. It also has on this level a balcony with an outdoor table and chairs.
Accessing through the spiral staircase, you will reach two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) plus a bathroom with a shower. It will also have access to the second furnished terrace and through which an external staircase gives access to the highest terrace, from where you can enjoy wonderful views of the city, some of its spectacular historical buildings and the sea.
The only small drawback of this apartment is that it is located on the 4th floor, a small effort that will take you to a unique place in the city (VERY IMPORTANT WITHOUT ELEVATOR!).
It is located in the heart of the fashionable neighborhood in Palma, Sa Gerreria, a neighborhood with many essence with all kinds of bars, restaurants, shops and urban art. They should not worry about noise or anything similar, being located in the attic and in a very quiet street, they will be able to rest from the buzz that cities generate and at the same time have all the comforts at street level. Located 250 meters from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major and just 800 meters from Plaça d'Espanya where most public transport is centralized (Train from Sóller, Bus to the Airport, Buses to all destinations on the island ).
Rules:
-It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, you can smoke on any of the terraces always being careful with butts.
-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the apartment.
-Please respect the community areas: stairs and hallway, keeping them clean and passing through them in silence.
ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by anyone in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any Return of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.

A deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay.
"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all the professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with anyone throughout your stay, as there are no common areas.
Note: The apartment is located in an area for residents only. For the access to the property by car, it is necessary to ask for an ACIRE driving license. We will give you the instructions when you make your reservation.
