Arrive and feel good. That is how it should be. Upon entering this apartment you will immediately feel at home. A large bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower as well as a washbasin and a toilet can be found there. The separate double room is equipped with a large double bed. The spacious cabinets offer ample storage space. The living area impresses with its refined simplicity. If necessary, two additional beds can be made from the sofas in the parlour. During the day, the bedding can be stored wonderfully. The kitchen is very well equipped. You will not miss anything. Except perhaps the usual washing machine. For this purpose, you have a breathtaking view of the North Face of the Eiger for washing up. The breakfast table with the built-in bench is perfect for the first coffee in the morning. If that is not enough arguments for a successful stay, the balcony will take away your last doubt. You will be able to enjoy an incredible view of the most beautiful mountains in Switzerland and a wonderful natural landscape. All this with glorious sun until the evening. Access to the house is possible all year round, but in winter it requires good winter equipment/chains.   The local bus can be reached from our Chalet Burgstein in about 8 min walk.

    “Wir freuen uns wieder zu kommen Positiv: Die Lage ist einfach super schön und auch sehr zentral .Der Blick auf die Eigernordwand traumhaft
    Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat einen kleinen Hofladen dabei. Einfach einkaufen und Geld einwerfen oder nach dem Urlaub bezahlen Negativ: Gibt nix zu meckern Restaurant: Alte Post - Sehr gutes Fleisch aus eigener Zucht Ausflüge: Eigergletscher und Jungfraujoch - Unbedingt ein Top of Europe Ticket für ein paar Tage nehmen es lohnt sich”

    “Wenn wir wieder in Grindelwald Ferien verbringen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen. Positiv: Wir wurden von der Gastgeberfamilie sehr herzlich begrüsst und fühlten uns sofort wohl.GuteTips für Ausflüge gab uns die Gastgeberin gerne.
    Im Hofladen neben dem Haus kann man sich prima mit fast Allem eindecken und es kann mit Twint bezahlt werden.”

    “Velmi pěkné místo na strávení rodinné dovolené mimo centrum Grindelwaldu. Vše ale bez problému dostupné pěšky (1,5km), případně autobusem. Již při příjezdu jsme byli srdečně přivítání pronajímatelem (paní Leandra). Po každém výletu se naše malé děti těšily na dětské hřiště, které je součástí zahrady u domu. Na přilehlém statku s kozami je malá prodejna s regionálními výrobky (máslo, jogurty, sýry, marmelády,.....) - vše čerstvé a dostupné skoro celý den (8-19h). Veškeré lanovky ( First, Eigergletscher, Männlichen i Pfingstegg ) jsou pěšky dostupné během 20minut. Positiv: Výhled na okolní hory Negativ: Ty výhledy jsou okouzlující - u nás v nížině mi to teď chybí :-)))) Restaurant: Žádnou jsme nevyužili.... - ....vybavení kuchyně v apartmánu je dostačující. Ausflüge: Výletů se tu dá podniknout mnoho, ale asi nejhezčí byl na Schynige Platte - Nahoru se dá vyjet starou zubačkou - zážitek jak pro malé, tak velké cestovatele. Dají se tam udělat 3 různě velké pěší okruhy s úchvatnými výhledy na Thunersee a Brienzersee a samozřejmě na Eiger, Mönch a Jungfrau.”

    “Perfect place for family in Grindelwald,
    Mornings were bliss to watch beautiful mountains in morning. Host was very friendly and check-in/check-out was very easy. Little tricky to drive if not comfortable to drive in hilly roads. CityTax of CHF 29 was bit on expensive end. Positiv: Amazing location, ample car parking, Kitchenette, Negativ: cumbersome 3/4th bed provision in Living room, CityTax of CHF 29 was bit on expensive end Einkaufen: No shopping facilities close by. minimum 20-30 mins walk.”
