BELLAVISTA HOLIDAYS is a farmhouse located in central Italy, on the border between Lazio and Tuscany. It is immersed in an unspoiled countryside and is located on a hill about 300 meters above sea level. It enjoys a very panoramic position overlooking Monte Amiata, Monte Cetona and the Monte Rufeno nature reserve.
The apartment is an independent annexe and is part of a large farmhouse with 5 apartments in total.Casetta is on the ground floor - has 2 beds and is approx. 40 sqm. It consists of a porch with table and chairs. Entrance with kitchen with TV and sofa, double bedroom, bathroom with shower (sink, toilet - no bidet), terrace of 30 sqm very panoramic and equipped with table, chairs and umbrella.
The apartment has its own outdoor area with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Shared swimming pool (13x8 meters) equipped with sun beds, tables and chairs, shaded area. Shared laundry room (with washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, espresso machine). Games room with table tennis and table football. WI Fi Free in the common areas of the garden outside the apartment and games room. Large garden with barbecue. Games for children.
Travel cot and baby high chair available. The farmhouse can be reached by a country road of about 2.5 km. The location is quiet and the farmhouse is surrounded by nature. A restaurant is 2.5 km away. The nearest town is Acquapendente which is 11km away. where you can find shops, restaurants, hospital, bank, pharmacy etc ..)
