Our splendid holiday house can be found in central location at a few walking minutes from the village center (restaurants, shops). There is a huge choice of activities and places worth seeing in Oetz.
At a few driving minutes from lake Piburger See, close to the Acherkogel mountain gondola, varied outdoor sport companies and the AREA 47. Our guests enjoy free use of the outdoor pool and sunbathing lawn at the adjacent Haus Acherkogelblick.

The apartment with approx. 120 m² is for complete sole use in a semi-detached house with its own entrance: On the ground floor: 1 double room with shower and toilet; On the 1st floor there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and much more. and a cozy living area with pull-out double sofa bed (for 5th + 6th pers.) + satellite / TV; 1 double room; 1 bathroom with corner bath, shower and toilet; from the first floor you have access to the furnished balcony; there is also a private garden with a terrace and garden furniture.
