Haus ist funktionell, aber entsprach nicht unserem Geschmack (schlecht verlegte Kunststofftapeten, Kunststoff-Fußboden in Holzoptik, alles voller Häkeldeckchen und Kunststoffblumen). Leicht abgewohnt und nicht immer sauber. Das Bad sehr einfach und in keinem guten Zustand. Sehr schön dagegen der voll verglaste Wintergarten mit Ausblick auf den See, der von vielen Anliegern und Angelgästen benutzt wird. Fremde Angler laufen auch über das Grundstück zum Angelsteg.
