This Tuscan holiday home is located in the charming Tuscan countryside. This property has been renovated to a very good standard and decorated with great care. The living room is spacious with colourful furniture and wood burning over. The adjacent eat-in kitchen is spacious and perfectly equipped for those who enjoy preparing the occasional Italian feast! One of the two bedrooms is located on the ground floor whilst the master bedroom is located on the first floor. The access to the property is shared with the owner. The geographical position is ideal to visit central Tuscany. Arezzo, Siena, Cortona, Montepulciano and Pienza are located just one hour by car as well as the northern part of Umbria, Perugia and Trasimeno lake. Baby bed upon request. Possibility of bike rental and daily guided tours.

    “Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist für 4 Personen optimal, das Haus und das Inventar sind typisch toskanisch. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Platz im Haus ist sehr großzügig, man hätte sich bei schlechtem Wetter ohne Probleme auch im Haus aufhalten können. Das Haus war in sehr sauberem Zustand. Das Haus der Vermieters grenzt an den Bereich des Ferienhauses an, aber der Vermieter ist außerordentlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, und er gibt fantastische Tipps, was man in der Umgebung so alles machen kann, so dass wir eigentlich keinen Tag zu Hause waren. Der Vermieter spricht ein sehr gutes Englisch, so dass die Verständigung absolut gar kein Problem war.

    Es gibt keinen Pool am Haus, aber es gibt ein nettes und preiswertes Spaßbad in etwa 5 km Entfernung (Crocodile Monte San Savino). Einzig die Stärke des angekündigten W-LANs ist nicht für alle Endgeräte tauglich, da der Router im Haupthaus und nicht im Ferienhaus steht.

    Das Haus ist ein wenig abseits und außerhalb von Marciano della Chiana gelegen, was einerseits eine absolute Ruhe garantiert, aber andererseits – wenn man nicht jeden Tag in der gleichen Gegend wandern will – Autofahrten nach sich zieht.

    Wir waren sehr zufrieden und fanden den Preis gerechtfertigt.”
