This holiday cottage faces south, looking over a small lake in Bortelid. It sits sheltered in a forested area, with only 150 metres to a lake. Approx. 350 metres from the parking to the cottage, along a forest path. Go for lovely walks in the woods or in the mountains, and up to the highest peaks. Bortelid is the perfect spot if you are a nature lover. Experience the wildlife here or go mushroom or berry picking. The area has many lakes with fish. Bortelid has a local grocery shop where you can buy whatever you need for your holiday. You can also buy firewood, a cup of coffee and cakes if you like. Firewood and bed linens are taken care of by our local contact person. FREE FISHING LICENSE INCLUDED FOR LAKES IN BORTELID.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

    “Die Abgeschiedenheit, der Kamin, die Terrasse, die gute und vollständige Ausrüstung in der Küche. In dieses Ferienhaus kann man in den Winterferien - wenn man nur Skifahren will, oder im Sommer, dann aber ohne Erwartungen... Es ist ja nichts in der Nähe, nciht einmal Wanderwege. Alles andere ist mit längeren Autofahrten verbunden.”

    “Die Beschreibung trifft in allen Teilen genau zu, selbst die Begegnung mit einem Elch hatten wir in nur 300 Meter von Haus entfernt. Blaubeeren und Pilze ohne Ende.
    Das Haus glänzte vor Sauberkeit und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
    Etwas schwierig ist der lange Weg vom Parkplatz bis zum Haus aber wir hatten uns entsprechend vorbereitet.
    Obwohl es im Ferienhausgebiet liegt, waren wir im September fast allein und konnten die herrliche Natur richtig genießen.
    Mit Hilfe der im Haus vorhandenen Wanderkarte kann man in diesem Gebiet auf den vielen markierten Wanderwegen die Natur ganz nah erleben.
    Zum Preis von 600 € haben wir zwei wundervolle Wochen verbracht.”
