The quiet, ground floor 60 m² apartment has a large bedroom with double bed, a modern bathroom with a floor-deep shower and toilet as well as a large living/dining room, including TV and kitchen with oven and dishwasher. The fold-out sofa bed in the living room offers two additional beds.
Furthermore, the apartment offers a small storage room, an entrance area with wardrobe, a separate entrance and parking space.
The modern apartment was newly furnished in 2017 and is equipped with laminate or tiles and electric shutters. The large terrace with garden furniture, two loungers and barbecue facilities offer an ideal place to relax.
